1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of:

• The self-hosted social media management service at https://post.banzhijiasteel.com
• The Meta application named “SBZ Postiz”
• Related connections to authorized Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional accounts, and other supported social media services

These services are operated by Shanghai Banzhijia Steel Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (“Banzhijia Steel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using these services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the services.

2. Purpose of the Service

SBZ Postiz is a private business tool used by authorized company personnel to manage company-controlled social media accounts.

The service may allow authorized users to:

• Connect supported social media accounts
• Create, upload, schedule, and publish content
• Manage Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts
• View publishing results, engagement information, comments, and insights
• Perform other authorized social media management activities

The service is not offered as a public social media management platform unless we expressly authorize such use in writing.

3. Eligibility and Authorization

You may use SBZ Postiz only if:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are an authorized employee, contractor, administrator, or representative of Banzhijia Steel
• You have permission to access and manage the connected social media accounts
• Your use complies with applicable laws and platform policies

You must not connect, access, or manage any Facebook Page, Instagram account, or other social media account unless you have valid authorization from its owner or administrator.

We may request evidence of your authorization at any time.

4. Account Security

Authorized users are responsible for:

• Protecting their login credentials
• Using strong and unique passwords
• Enabling two-factor authentication where available
• Keeping connected social media accounts secure
• Preventing unauthorized access to SBZ Postiz
• Promptly reporting suspected security incidents

You must not share passwords, access tokens, application secrets, or other confidential credentials through insecure channels.

You are responsible for activity performed through your authorized account unless the activity resulted from a security failure directly attributable to us.

5. Social Media Connections

SBZ Postiz may connect to third-party platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

When connecting a third-party account, you authorize SBZ Postiz to perform the actions permitted by the permissions you approve, which may include:

• Identifying Pages and professional accounts
• Reading account and Page information
• Creating and publishing content
• Reading engagement information and insights
• Managing comments or engagement
• Maintaining the authorized connection

You may withdraw this authorization by disconnecting the integration through SBZ Postiz or removing the application through the relevant third-party platform.

6. User Content

“User Content” includes text, captions, images, videos, documents, comments, schedules, and other materials submitted through the service.

You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process, store, reproduce, transmit, format, and publish that content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the requested service
• Publish content to authorized destinations
• Maintain publishing records
• Troubleshoot errors
• Protect the security and integrity of the service
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and approvals necessary to use and publish the submitted content.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use the services to:

• Access or control an account without authorization
• Publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory content
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights

• Sell, license, or misuse Meta Platform Data
• Conduct surveillance or create unrelated user profiles using Platform Data
• Interfere with the operation or security of the services
• Reverse engineer protected components except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Share confidential credentials or access tokens
• Use automated methods in a manner prohibited by a connected platform
• Misrepresent your identity, authority, business, products, or services

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law, or platform requirements have been violated.

8. Content Review and Publishing Responsibility

Authorized users are responsible for reviewing content before publication.

Before publishing, users should verify:

• The correct social media destination
• The accuracy of the caption and attached media
• Whether the content contains confidential or personal information
• Whether the necessary intellectual property rights exist
• Whether the content complies with applicable laws and platform policies

Scheduling or submitting content through SBZ Postiz does not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, publish, or retain it.

Third-party platforms may reject, delay, restrict, remove, or modify the visibility of content according to their own systems and policies.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and other connected services are independently operated third-party platforms.

Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms, privacy policies, community standards, developer policies, and technical limitations.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

• Third-party platform availability
• Changes to external APIs or permissions
• Account suspensions or restrictions imposed by third parties
• Content moderation decisions
• Rate limits or publishing limits
• Changes to platform features
• Expired, revoked, or invalidated authorization credentials
• Data handling performed independently by third-party platforms

A failure or interruption involving a third-party platform does not necessarily indicate a failure of SBZ Postiz.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Intellectual Property

The Banzhijia Steel name, logos, website content, branding, and company materials are owned by or licensed to Shanghai Banzhijia Steel Supply Chain Co., Ltd., unless otherwise stated.

SBZ Postiz incorporates Postiz and may include other open-source or third-party software components. Those components remain subject to their applicable licenses and ownership terms.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our trademarks, branding, proprietary content, or confidential business information to any user.

12. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The services may be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance or upgrades
• Software or infrastructure failures
• Internet or network interruptions
• Third-party platform outages
• API changes
• Security incidents
• Events outside our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, or platform-compliance reasons.

13. Data Retention and Deletion

Authorized users may disconnect social media integrations through SBZ Postiz or through the relevant third-party platform.

14. Suspension and Termination

• Continued operation could violate applicable law
• The service is discontinued

Users may stop using the service at any time and may request removal of their authorized integrations.

Sections that reasonably should continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions, will remain effective.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The services will always be available
• Every post will publish successfully
• Third-party platform APIs will remain unchanged
• Content will achieve any particular reach, engagement, or commercial result
• Every technical error will be corrected immediately
• Third-party platforms will preserve published content or account access

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Banzhijia Steel and its directors, employees, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the services
• Failed, delayed, duplicated, or incorrectly directed publications
• Third-party platform actions or outages
• Unauthorized access caused by a user’s failure to protect credentials
• Loss of content, account access, engagement, revenue, reputation, or business opportunity
• Changes to third-party APIs, permissions, or policies

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from:

• Their unauthorized or unlawful use of the services
• Content they submit or publish
• Their infringement of third-party rights
• Their violation of these Terms
• Their violation of applicable platform policies

This section does not apply to losses caused directly by our unlawful conduct or obligations that cannot legally be transferred.
